  • Develop and maintain software development standards, testing, release management, and code reviews.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience working as an engineering manager or lead.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer, preferably building and maintaining Internet applications.
  • Strong architecture design experience for Internet applications and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Excellent coaching and people development skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Possession of huge knowledge about payment applications architecture is highly valued.
