
Customer Experience Champion

Oxbridge Digital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Champion to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by selling property units to clients, conducting site visits, and understanding client requirements to ensure timely closure of deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals.
- Conduct site visits to demonstrate the benefits of each property unit.
- Stay updated on evolving changes in client requirements and follow up promptly to maintain a positive relationship.
Requirements:
- A degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
