We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Sales Support Specialist who is not only passionate about helping people but also driven to support sales efforts and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient support via phone, live chat, email, and SMS for inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Assist customers with making confident shopping decisions through personalized suggestions and detailed product knowledge.
  • Monitor, update, and resolve order-related concerns with speed and accuracy.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help boost revenue and improve the customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to help inform internal improvements.
  • Communicate insights and customer trends with the internal team to continually optimize the support process.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of remote/online experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to stay calm and resourceful when handling customer concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
