Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assist in performing risk management, internal controls, and governance of Information Technology systems, business applications, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an annual internal audit plan in collaboration with senior management and obtain review and approval from the Chief Internal Auditor and Audit Committee.
  • Support the development of internal audit and assurance assignments related to Information Technology systems and infrastructure.
  • Create an audit framework, standard templates, and checklists for the approved audit plan across the organization.
  • Conduct IT audits covering system applications and IT processes, and prepare reports for review by senior management.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for the Audit Committee to discuss internal audit reports.
  • Review IT management policies and procedures such as change management, business continuity planning/disaster recovery, and information security to ensure adequate internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced while performing job responsibilities in accordance with assigned roles.
  • Ensure compliance with the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
  • Undertake any other assignments as instructed by senior management.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or IT from a recognized university with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidate with programming background, especially in Python, shall have an added advantage.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The selected candidate will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement due to the sensitive nature of the work involved.
