Accounting Process Improvement and Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive process improvements in our accounts payable function. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, project management, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and process steps to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement projects to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, handling any issues that arise.
  • Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • PMP certification is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
