About the Role:

  • Craft and personalize messages to spark interest in our CRM solution
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos with the sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and performance metrics in our CRM
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies for better engagement and demo bookings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to ideal B2B prospects on LinkedIn (decision-makers, Sales Leaders, Directors, CEOs etc.)

Requirements:

  • Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment)
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize and build rapport quickly
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi)
  • Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly demo booking targets
  • Prior experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
