Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing teams. This key member of our organization will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets through goal setting and coaching.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills to maintain customer loyalty through follow-ups and resolve issues promptly. They will also analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and develop action plans to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets by setting goals and providing coaching.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing teams for regional campaigns.
- Maintain customer loyalty through follow-ups and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and develop action plans to meet targets.
- Conduct training to enhance team skills and align efforts with regional and supply chain teams.
Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
