About the Role:

This position will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the laboratory. The role involves managing and maintaining a director's calendar, scheduling meetings and events while ensuring accuracy and efficient time management.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the laboratory team.
  • Manage and maintain the director's calendar.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments for scheduling interviews.
  • Take care of business communication including emails and drafting memos.
  • Ensure effective logistical arrangements for department meetings.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
