Job Title: Research Laboratory Technician

A research laboratory technician is responsible for performing routine technical research lab procedures and clinical tests according to research laboratory protocols.

  • Performing a variety of technical tasks, including preparing samples, conducting tests and analyzing data.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of test results by following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Tabulating reports for various tests conducted.
  • Collecting and processing samples as per protocol guidelines stated in the research lab procedure manual.
  • Following seniors in implementing safety standards according to the research laboratory safety manual.
  • Preparing stock solutions, master mixes, and other chemicals/reagents as required for individual projects.
