Clinical Laboratory Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
- Process laboratory tests and provide test-related information to patients.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining records of excess/shortage according to laboratory policy.
- Confirm test requirements with patients, providing necessary verbal/written information for specimen collection.
- Handle telephone enquiries regarding lab tests and take patient appointments for special tests.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- One year of work experience as a Receptionist with a reputable laboratory or hospital (preferably with phlebotomy experience).
