Job Title:

Avoid disputes and ensure that both parties are in agreement with the terms of a contract. Make sure all contracts abide by their specifications.

The successful candidate will collaborate with contractors/subcontractors to address questions regarding contracts or claims issues. Troubleshoot with them and provide technical support on contract compliance matters. Keep track of reporting and claiming deadlines and inform contractors/subcontractors as necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assembling and distributing various documents, manuals, and materials
  • Maintaining accurate records and files related to operations and activities
  • Operating standard office equipment including fax machine, scanner, copier, computer, telephone, scale, and communications equipment
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

About The Role:

The ideal candidate should possess strong research skills, proposal writing, project management & coordination abilities.

Key Skills:

Language Skills: Effective communication in oral and written form is essential. A high level of professionalism is required. Follow through on communications made to customers, vendors, and staff.

Work Environment: The employee regularly works in an office setting. There is low to moderate noise in the work environment.
