We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our crypto card product in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a strong and engaged local community around our crypto card product.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Pakistani market, utilizing community engagement, paid marketing, referrals, and campaigns.
  • Understand the domestic regulatory landscape and ensure we operate effectively and compliantly.
  • Develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for Pakistan, combining paid marketing, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships.
  • Drive significant growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and FIAT in/out volumes within the market.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for local activation, leverage campaign and referral mechanisms, and collaborate with the product team to build features with high potential for success.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a leadership role at a crypto exchange or crypto card product is essential.
  • Deep understanding of the Pakistani market, including local product expectations and user behaviors.
  • Ability to identify and implement effective growth levers in the market.
  • Strong community-building skills and a track record of activating and scaling engaged user bases.
  • A track record of driving performance-based growth and achieving ambitious targets.
