Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned senior executive to spearhead our company's expansion and growth in international markets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique business needs, and effectively positioning our IT & Software services to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a proactive outreach strategy to build a pipeline of qualified leads and engage in networking activities to strengthen business relationships.
  • Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to showcase our IT & Software services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft comprehensive and competitive proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, with a specific emphasis on securing long-term and lucrative business contracts.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or relevant roles within the IT & Software industry.
  • Excellent communication and fluency in English to handle international clients.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of generating hard-core leads and closing substantial business contracts independently.
