Senior Human Resources Leader

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive strategic growth and transformation in the field of human resources. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a key partner in shaping the company's organizational culture and people practices.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with long-term business objectives.
  • Establish and lead the HR function from inception, creating policies and processes that foster a high-performance culture.
  • Design and implement organizational structures and workforce plans tailored to meet growth milestones.
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives that yield tangible results.
  • Oversee competitive compensation and benefits frameworks that attract and retain top talent.
  • Elevate sustainability and community-focused practices within HR activities, contributing to the organization's overall social responsibility.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards, safeguarding the organization's reputation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Pakistani Nationality or overseas Pakistani
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in reputable organizations
  • Proven success in building HR functions and aligning HR strategy with business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
  • Experience in mining, heavy industry, or large-scale projects is highly valued
