Senior Executive Human Resource

The role of Senior Executive Human Resource is pivotal in creating a thriving and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Spearhead end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding processes for new employees to ensure they are fully integrated into the organization's culture and goals.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain robust employee relations and ensure strict adherence to all relevant labor laws and internal compliance standards to foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop, update, and rigorously enforce HR policies that are meticulously aligned with the overall organizational goals and strategic objectives to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Payroll Processing: Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation to maintain transparency and fairness.
  • HRIS Management: Expertly oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain accurate employee records and uphold labor law compliance to ensure data integrity.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A Bachelor's degree specifically in Human Resource Management (HRM) is required.
  • Proven expertise in using MS Excel for various HR functions is essential.
  • Familiarity with FlowHCM is highly preferred.
  • Substantial professional experience in HR management roles, ideally with 4-5 years of experience, is necessary.
