Role Description

The role also includes strategizing on HR issues, providing support to employees, aligning HR practices with business objectives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
