About the Role

Our ideal candidate will have strong technical recruitment expertise, a good understanding of hiring best practices, and the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end technical recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to understand job requirements and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates.

A key responsibility of this role is executing bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume recruitment needs efficiently. Utilizing different sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking will help attract top talent. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support current/future hiring needs is also crucial.

To ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, clear communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Measuring recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, etc., will help optimize the hiring process.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, industry trends, and hiring best practices. Familiarity with ATS platforms and other sourcing tools is also desirable. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple roles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume recruitment needs efficiently.
  • Utilize different sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and hiring best practices.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (SHRM, CIPD, or similar).
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
