As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support, promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

This full-time on-site position is located in Karachi and requires strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to work well in a team environment.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have a customer-centric approach, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships and fostering loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
