About the Position

Our team seeks a highly skilled administrative professional to support e-commerce operations. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, inventory management, data analysis, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account managers on administrative tasks
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and process purchase orders
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Manage email inboxes, scheduling, and priorities
  • Engage with customers and community members through forums, comments, and direct messages
  • Extract and organize marketing data (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Support operational tasks requiring technical skills
Requirements
  • At least one year of remote work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, RLM, Qlik, ClickUp, Asana, and Google Analytics is preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working with inventory, order management systems, and data reporting platforms
