About the Role: As a Relationship Building Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with other companies to drive sales growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and increase revenue.
  2. Identify and research new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and drive sales growth.
  5. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  6. Analyze customer and competitor data to inform business decisions.
  7. Presentation skills: Deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives to build trust and rapport.
  8. Process improvement: Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.
  9. Sales pipeline management: Identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
  10. Partnership development: Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
  11. Status monitoring: Track and report on the status of proposal components.
  12. Market analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of competitors.
  13. Pricing assistance: Collaborate with the pricing department to create rate proposals that meet client needs.
Must-Haves:

Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience if fresh (Internship will be offered if capable enough).
Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasive power skills.
Communication: Excellent English spoken and written skills to communicate effectively with clients.
