We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Hi Tech Lubricants Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and driving business growth through effective sales team management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve assigned sales targets by effectively managing the sales team and distribution network.
- Appoint and manage a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate company product sales at the grass-root level and explore new opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Minimum Master's degree (preferably MBA).
- At least 4 years of experience in retail sales with team and distribution channel handling.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual.
- Willingsness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
