We are seeking a Senior Business Process Re-Engineering Professional to lead cross-functional teams in the design, development and implementation of process improvements across our organization.

Job Description
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with expertise in business process re-engineering to join our team as a Senior Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating BPR projects across the company and within cross-functional teams.
  • You will identify and prioritize organization-wide business process re-engineering needs, decompose problems into manageable components, and develop effective solutions that drive process improvement.
  • Your analytical skills and ability to detect process failure points will enable you to develop risk controls and manage company-level process risks.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to create project plans with clear objectives, milestones and timelines, and ensure seamless execution of process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience working in several functions or divisions with formal Six Sigma/business process management training.
  • Exceptional change management and stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities with strong business acumen and understanding of its correlation with commercial, technology, and support functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and solutions to senior stakeholders.
