Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:

">Main Responsibilities:
Purchasing:
Preparing accurate and detailed purchase orders for approval.
Comparing prices and specifications of potential suppliers to determine the best bid.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop procurement strategies.
Communication:
Responding promptly to customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Warehouse Management:
Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials within the warehouse.
Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
