Technical Recruiter Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various technical roles.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a full-time recruiter at a US-based firm and extensive experience with using ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn RPS, and Indeed. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through online platforms and networking.
  • Review and analyze resumes to determine candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience as a full-time recruiter at a US-based firm.
  • Extensive experience with using ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn RPS, and Indeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work evening hours to accommodate US time zones.
