At HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally, we're seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Campaign Development: Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Mailchimp, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and other customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Email Automation: Develop and optimize email automation workflows to improve email deliverability and engagement.
  • Email List Segmentation: Segment email lists and create targeted email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve email marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email content aligns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
  • Proven track record of creating and optimizing email automation.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and personalization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and email performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

  • Experience with eCommerce and retail email marketing.
