Job Title:

Our company is seeking an Associate Manager, Sourcing to support our global sourcing operations.

About the Role:

This position will be responsible for maintaining strong business relationships and executing business strategies at the operational level through core sourcing competencies.

  • Serve as a key liaison for global sourcing operations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners worldwide.
  • Understand all TCP processes, systems, and expectations.
  • Manage WIP reports and monitor bulk production to ensure timely shipments.
  • Align tasks to meet calendar deliverables.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.
  • Implement efficient tracking mechanisms and report to corporate headquarters.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, creating pivot tables, charts, and reports.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
  • Assist in preparing dashboards and performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing market trends to inform procurement decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vendor performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Degree or higher in Fashion Design, Clothing/Textiles, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including pivot tables and lookup functions.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts.
  • Experience with vendor scorecarding and capacity tools.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred.
