Job Description: Eltek Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, creating strategic account plans, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and engagement
- Design and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities and create project pipelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Prepare high-quality financial proposals for clients
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of experience in similar capacities
- MBA with an engineering or technical background from a reputable university
- Background in ISP, Engineering, and/or Telecom sectors is a plus
- Industrial Certification preferred
- Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal skills
