Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development through identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's services and offerings to identify potential revenue streams.
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by coordinating business generation activities.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the Business Development team to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Clients Relationship: Establish rapport with potential clients to arrange meetings and close deals with senior management.
  • Customer Retention: Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones through strategic planning and effective communication.
  • Goal Setting: Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth in collaboration with senior management.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new target market initiatives and improve sales strategies.
  • Email Marketing: Monitor and analyze email marketing campaigns to suggest improvements and enhance customer engagement.
  • Communication: Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via various channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to take potential leads forward and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Train personnel and help team members develop their skills to enhance overall performance.
