Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries through a ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Support Specialist: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries through a ticketing system.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle increased support demand or participate in task forces to address urgent client requirements.
  3. Evaluate proposed solutions to facilitate discussions between technical groups and develop proactive maintenance initiatives based on industry best practices.
  4. Assist in defining, evaluating, and delivering software fixes, including identification of business-acceptable workarounds.
  5. Collaborate with the Core Product Team to share client feedback and identify application evolutions to address emerging business needs.
  6. Plan, execute, and coordinate system, performance, and integration testing.
  7. Support release management strategy in agreement with related client policies.
  8. Analyze and interpret statistical data and trends relating to service level and operational efficiency.
  9. Ensure contractual service levels and provisions are handled efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience with CRM, ERP, or related systems.
  2. Proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  3. Background in FMCG commercial processes (Trade Promotion Management/Retail Execution/Sales Force Automation) is an advantage.
  4. Knowledge of data and system integration architectures, relational databases, and ETL.
  5. Ability to perform simple and medium complexity data inquiries onto Microsoft SQL Server database.
  6. Adequate experience in software lifecycle and design best practices.
  7. Good understanding of Support Service Delivery and Service Level Agreement (SLA) concepts.
  8. Client-centric approach, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
  9. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills in English.
