Job Title: Business Development Consultant – Health Tech Location: Pakistan Company: Medics Market Place (MP)

Job Summary

As a Business Development Consultant – Health Tech, your primary role will be to identify, pitch, and onboard doctors to Medics MP's platform. You'll work independently and earn commissions based on the number of verified and active providers you successfully onboard and build partnerships that align with our mission to improve healthcare access.

About Medics MP

Medics MP is a subscription-based digital health-tech platform providing remote access to licensed medical professionals via telemedicine. We aim to make quality healthcare accessible, convenient, and affordable. With technology at our core, we are digitalizing doctors' clinical practice management, how patients in Pakistan can connect with healthcare providers, eliminating barriers of time, distance, and cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow Medics MP's doctor and provider base.
  • Identify, onboard, and retain a diverse pool of verified doctors (GPs, specialists, therapists, etc.) across key medical disciplines
  • Lead outreach to private practitioners, clinics, and hospitals for onboarding to the platform.
  • Present the benefits of Medics MP's platform (telehealth model, visibility, patient access, and income potential) to healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor healthcare market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to optimize provider acquisition campaigns.
  • Track KPIs related to provider acquisition, activation, and retention; generate regular reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in health tech, pharma, insurance, or digital platforms.
  • Existing network of doctors, clinics, or healthcare providers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with medical professionals.

Compensation Model

Referral-Based: Earn fixed referrals per successfully onboarded and verified doctor.
