Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our senior executive.

  • Draft, review, and respond to correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage internal and external communication between the senior executive and department heads, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks and decisions with various departments.
  • Maintain the senior executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders and updates.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an extension of the senior executive, handling day-to-day communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ensure timely responses and follow-ups with external stakeholders and business associates.
  • Manage documentation, records, and reports related to inter-departmental correspondence.
  • Assist with personal matters, including financial management and scheduling.
