About Regulatory Communications:

  • The successful candidate will facilitate smooth regulatory interactions with NEPRA by coordinating documentation, preparing reports, and assisting in responses and analytical data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce with 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain and update consumer complaint logs
  • Download online complaints and attachments
  • Record keeping
  • Prepare analytical data for NEPRA hearings
  • Generate reports based on complaint logs
  • Provide basic IT support to team members

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
