About Regulatory Communications:
- This role supports the Regulatory Affairs team by ensuring accurate and timely management of regulatory communications, including complaint handling, correspondence tracking, data preparation for hearings, and record keeping.
- The successful candidate will facilitate smooth regulatory interactions with NEPRA by coordinating documentation, preparing reports, and assisting in responses and analytical data.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce with 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
Key Tasks:
- Maintain and update consumer complaint logs
- Download online complaints and attachments
- Record keeping
- Prepare analytical data for NEPRA hearings
- Generate reports based on complaint logs
- Provide basic IT support to team members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
