
Consumer Complaint Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
- This role supports the Regulatory Affairs team by ensuring accurate and timely management of regulatory communications, including complaint handling, correspondence tracking, data preparation for hearings, and record keeping.
- The successful candidate will facilitate smooth regulatory interactions with NEPRA by coordinating documentation, preparing reports, and assisting in responses and analytical data.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce with 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
About this Role:
- Maintain and update consumer complaint logs, including inward and outward letters in MS Excel, daily monitoring of NEPRA online CAD portal, printing, and scanning letters received from/sent to NEPRA.
- Download online complaints and attachments, tag them to team members, forward complaints to relevant IBCs, submit KE letters on NEPRA portal, email soft copies, and dispatch hard copies daily.
- Record keeping involves maintaining hard copies and soft copies of letters and key regulatory information, including scanned forms and responses.
- Prepare analytical data such as billing analysis and IRB evidence collection for NEPRA hearings.
- Generate reports based on complaint logs, including pending cases, responses, and complaint statistics.
- Provide basic IT support to team members, including data reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
