Quality Systems Manager
About the RoleThis is a challenging role that requires a professional with expertise in Quality Management Systems to oversee and manage our quality systems.
Responsibilities- We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to administer our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with specifications, facility regulations, legislation, and corporate policies as per ISO 9001.
- The ideal candidate will streamline and enhance testing lifecycles to ensure effective, standardized, coordinated, and integrated testing, planning, execution, and reporting.
- You will assess, design, implement, and manage quality systems that meet quality system standards and make their implementation more effective towards Total Quality Management.
- The successful candidate will arrange surveillance audits and liaise internally with all departments to ensure our ISO 9001 Quality Management System is fully understood and properly implemented.
- They will also manage and supervise the in-house environment laboratory, conducting testing/monitoring through in-house and external laboratories for EPA compliance as per ISO 14000:2004 and 18001:2007.
- In this role, you will define and specify the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of our products.
- Additionally, the Quality Systems Manager will be responsible for managing product licensing of all products with relevant authorities.
- A minimum graduation degree is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
- Previous experience as a lead auditor is highly desirable.
- At least 3 years of working experience with ISO 9001:2008 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), & 18001 (OSHA) certified companies.
- Computer literacy is necessary for this role.
- The age range for this position is around 35 years.
