Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear and articulate verbal communication, active listening, and politeness.
- Become proficient in internet and cable services offered, including various plans, packages, and pricing structures.
- Effectively manage call time while providing quality service, prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets and quotas.
Key Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or experienced professionals with excellent English skills.
- Self-motivated individuals willing to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in handling objections effectively, building rapport with customers, and resolving issues promptly.
Package Details:
- A competitive package including uncapped commissions and daily/weekly incentives.
Working Conditions:
- Night shift (8 PM - 5:00 AM), Monday to Friday.
Communication Skills:
Clear and concise communication, active listening, and polite phone etiquette.
Product Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of internet and cable services, understanding of plans and pricing structures.
Customer Service:
Patient and empathetic approach, problem-solving skills, and effective issue resolution.
Time Management:
Efficient call time management, task prioritization, and meeting sales targets.
