The HR&A Manager position is responsible for overseeing and guiding processes related to recruitment, retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, and development.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide guidance on HR matters and oversee the daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Review job advertisements, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview panels, participate in interviews, and ensure proper documentation is collected and filed.
  • Administrative Functions: Ensure the smooth operation of all administrative functions in the country office.
  • Travel Arrangements: Supervise travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.

This individual will be responsible for balancing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either military or corporate environments, with 2-3 years of experience in Army backgrounds or 5-6 years in corporate settings.
