
HR Professional Leader

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Lead located in Lahore, Pakistan. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, retention, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance.
The HR Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing HR projects, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, retention, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Experience managing HR projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a call center or BPO industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
