
Senior Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our inbound call center team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound campaigns to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
- Leading a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to measure team performance
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound customer service or call center management
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record of success
- An undergraduate degree and excellent communication skills
