Job Overview

This position oversees the mechanical team's daily operations, ensuring routine, preventive and annual maintenance of machines.

  • Lead a team responsible for machine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage spare parts and tools inventory to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to GMP standards.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability and extend lifespan.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of technicians performing routine and scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient resource allocation.
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge among team members.
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Requirements

Education: Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
