About us

We're hiring a leader to oversee delivery execution, client relationship management, and internal team performance across a multi-functional setup. This role requires strong strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Leadership

  • Own the delivery lifecycle and ensure all client expectations and milestones are met.
  • Serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
  • Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans.

Account Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services within the client organization.
  • Collaborate with sales, talent acquisition, and leadership to develop and present proposals for new initiatives.

Team & Operational Management

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project managers, engineers, and other functional leads.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture aligned with our values.
  • Monitor and enhance operational efficiencies across delivery pipelines.

Client Relationship & Communication

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive engagement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Handle escalations and provide timely, effective resolutions.

Strategic Delivery Planning

  • Work with internal leadership to continuously evolve service offerings and delivery strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, optimization, and innovation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client's evolving needs and industry dynamics.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) and have 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, delivery, or professional services. Additionally, they should have at least 3 years in a senior management or client-facing leadership role.
