Job Description

The role of a Service Desk Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a service desk to ensure timely support for users and business teams.

Responsibilities include managing a team of support staff, monitoring ticket resolution times, escalating issues, and optimizing service desk processes.

  • Managing Microsoft Infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP Services
  • Email account management on-premises and in Office 365
  • Patching servers and laptops as per security guidelines
  • Video Conferencing devices management and integration with Cisco Video Conference Gateway Expressway
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BE (Computer Science, EE, Computer Engineering) degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management
  • Solid knowledge of end-user computing and networking
  • Understanding of MS Office 365, MS Licensing, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage large teams dispersed across regions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills
