As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our HR records.
Job RequirementsWe are seeking a highly organized individual to assist in preparing and updating business flowcharts, as well as supporting the maintenance of the 401K portal and Employee Handbook.
- Prepare reports for government compliance (EEO-1)
- Keep records of benefit plans such as insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics
A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams (training will be provided if needed)
