As a Senior Program Director, you will be an integral part of this process, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project efficiency and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Develop and implement Scrum processes, facilitating Agile ceremonies to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain existing systems for optimal performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate quality assurance (QA) processes into the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Create project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC application and QA practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certifications like PMP or Agile Scrum Master (preferred).

Compensation Package:

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
