
Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven lead generation specialist to drive business growth through proactive outreach efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads via targeted prospecting initiatives.
Responsibilities- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, social media, and other relevant channels to generate high-quality leads.
- Evaluate leads based on company criteria to ensure alignment with our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
- Arrange meetings and demos between qualified leads and account executives or sales representatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Continuously improve outbound outreach techniques by reviewing performance metrics and implementing feedback.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
