Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Relations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field. They should have experience in human resources or a related field, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently recruiting high-caliber staff
  • Resolving conflicts through constructive and professional mediation
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties such as talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Conducting performance evaluations and wage reviews
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness among employees
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety standards
  • Maintaining employee and workplace confidentiality

The successful candidate will also have experience in educating and coaching staff, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and conducting workplace investigations. They should be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
