Human Resources Generalist Role

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, managing employee records, and assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling employee inquiries.
  • Manage employee records, including data entry, filing, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including creating welcome packets, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Manage full & final settlement processes, including documentation and clearance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
