The Role of Customer Success is a key part of our business strategy, aimed at ensuring that our customers achieve their goals by providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, focusing on guiding our customers through the Achieve Branded App onboarding process.

About You

This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining open communication with customers and internal teams. As the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, you will be responsible for guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process for the Achieve Branded App.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the app development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
