The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled and experienced professional who can drive value realization through proactive engagement with clients.
- This includes high-touch, outbound interactions to enable clients to achieve their desired outcomes using our solutions.
- A key aspect of the role is ensuring client health and experience by providing timely resolution of issues and escalation management.
- Critical thinking skills are essential for problem-solving and consulting clients on the best approach to achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive engagement with clients to drive utilization of our platform and ensure successful adoption.
- Care for client health and experience through timely resolution of issues and escalation management.
- Identify growth opportunities aligned with helping clients achieve their goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to solve client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Act as an internal advocate for our clients, including identifying beta and referenceable clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in both English & Spanish languages (written and verbal).
- 3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Customer Success or Account Management experience.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of effectively managing a book of business of 90+ large business accounts proactively and independently.
- Proven track record of successfully getting the BOB through renewals and mitigating churn.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt in the moment.
- Strong grasp of SaaS applications.
- Logistics experience is a plus.
