Job Description:

Our textile organization requires a Merchandising Manager to oversee the merchandising process.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in denim textile, with expertise in coordinating pre-production activities and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

  • Arrange for material shipments on committed dates by coordinating with the preproduction department.
  • Place fabric and trim orders well in advance according to 'gantt' dates to guarantee the timely arrival of materials.
  • Issue order acceptance forms and Proforma invoices for L/C establishment as soon as the order is confirmed.
  • Monitor production progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct quality checks at different production levels to maintain client standards.
  • Reject any shipment not meeting the required quality standards and inform the concerned parties beforehand.
  • Ensure that no resources or materials are wasted.
  • Provide post-production support and service to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing personnel through completion of assigned tasks.
  • Guarantee zero customer complaints regarding communication.
  • Ensure that all outgoing samples meet the required quality levels.
  • Keep customers informed of agreed-upon timelines for sampling and production.
