Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We seek an innovative marketing leader to oversee our marketing department and drive our brand's growth across all platforms. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
    1. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and growth targets.
    2. Lead the development of annual marketing plans, ensuring the strategies are innovative, measurable, and impactful.
    3. Oversee all aspects of brand management, from positioning to messaging and creative execution.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    1. Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
    2. Set clear goals for the marketing team, providing guidance and resources to ensure successful execution.
    3. Recruit, train, and retain top marketing talent, ensuring the department is fully equipped to meet business needs.
  • Digital Marketing & Growth:
    1. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
    2. Utilize data analytics and metrics to track performance and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
    3. Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies using digital channels and technologies.
  • Brand Development and Awareness:
    1. Drive brand strategy and consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
    2. Lead efforts to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share.
    3. Ensure that all marketing communications align with the brand's identity, tone, and mission.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    1. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer insights that drive strategic marketing decisions.
    2. Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust and improve marketing strategies accordingly.
    3. Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management based on market insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
    2. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute large-scale marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:
    1. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and activities.
    2. Regularly report on marketing performance, including insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
    3. Use analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.
  • Public Relations and External Communications:
    1. Oversee media relations and press releases, ensuring a positive public image of the company.
    2. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and partners.
